Shipping

We ship orders using United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal Service (UPS). If your order is over $100, shipping is on us—we’ll send your package with the carrier of our choosing (U.S. addresses only).

Orders typically go out on weekdays during business hours and sometimes on weekends. We usually ship within two business days—and often the same-day.

At this time, we’re only able to ship within the U.S.—we hope to expand in the future!

Returns

We get it—buying magic online is a bit like picking a card sight unseen. Because many of our items involve closely guarded secrets, returns are only accepted if something doesn’t match the description on our site.

That said, we truly want you to feel good about your purchase. If you believe an item isn’t as described, just reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds cover the original purchase price (shipping isn’t included), and items must come back in the same condition they were sent. Once we receive and review the item, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible—no vanishing acts involved!
